OUR NEW EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION

CONTACTIS team has discovered new opportunity. We did not have an experience in serving customers of educational institutions before, but now we can proudly say that we did it and we are in it.

Before the new academic year,usually starting from spring, applicants choosing the institution they want to enter, calling phones of the admissions offices of many institutes, universities, academies and colleges.

Therefore, we were approached by representatives of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM), who realized that together with a professional contact center, they can help a much larger part of young people to make the right choice.

As part of this project, we provided the following services:

  • processing of incoming calls
  • making outgoing calls
  • customer support in messengers (Viber, WhatsApp)

 

What exactly do our agents do?

IAPM provided applicants with the opportunity to fill out an application for admission online directly on the website. This is very convenient and relevant solution as nowadays young people spend a lot of time online. Application is transferred to our contact center. It is processed by the responsible agent who makes an outgoing call to the customer and provides all necessary information.

Other agents take all incoming calls, and support customer queries in chats.

What information do our agents provide?

Most popular questions are related to the conditions of admission to the university. Specifically:

  • Necessary documents
  • Passing score and examinations which are required for admission to particular program
  • Disciplines in the syllabus
  • Conditions of state financed admission and tuition fees
  • Conditions of transition from full-time to correspondence admission
  • Conditions for transfer to academy from another institution
  • Remote Learning
  • Admission for foreign citizens
  • Education abroad

Additionally, agents help to choose appropriate program based on those external examinations and documents that applicants already have, and which cannot be changed. Agent evaluates all possible options for this entrant and offers him available programs.

 

As we have already written, for us this is the first, but already quite successful experience of cooperation with educational institution. We are grateful to head of Admissions Committee of IAPM – Snizhana Khvalko for the fruitful cooperation. Thanks to comprehensive training and timely response to our requests, we both achieve high results.

In a global sense, we are glad to have an opportunity to contribute to shaping a better future for Ukraine. We believe that by helping young people to choose a professional field, we make sure that every entrant is satisfied with their future education. As a result, there will be more motivated specialists among us, which in turn will have a positive impact on the development of the country as a whole.
