A voice greeting is a recorded message that is automatically played to the caller before connecting to the operator. This is the first thing your client hears when calling your hotline (help line).


The standard voice message includes a greeting and company name.


While the client is waiting for a connection with the operator, you can use this time! Record an informational message that client will hear instead of beeps. For example, it can be important information about changes in delivery conditions or a new special (promotional, share) offer.


  • Any hotline needs a voice greeting so that the client can be confident (makes sure) that the dialed number is correct, before connecting to the operator.
  • The average duration of a voice greeting is 10 seconds.
  • Optionally, you can add a background melody to the text message.
  • When ordering any information line, you will receive a recording and connection of a voice greeting AS A GIFT!
